on being a gentleman

My grandson likes to eat eggs and sausage for breakfast or at other times of the day. One recent evening he wanted them. I began to get all the ingredients and he pulled the chair up to the stove. I asked what he was doing and he told me he was going to help me as it was the gentlemanly thing to do. He is 3 1/2 years old.
